Part of the Global Student Success program, the ITC offers free, comprehensive English language and academic support, including English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring, language and culture workshops, and reading workshops. Schedule online tutoring appointments here.
Snell Library will be open with reduced hours and limited resources this semester, but there are many ways to access research assistance. Reach out to the Snell Librarians via their online contact form, 24/7 online chat platform, or reach out to the subject specialist for your department.

We Care is an extended network of support services that provide help and encouragement to NU students who are experiencing unexpected challenges in their personal or academic life, to embolden them so they can succeed.
The Writing Center offers free, friendly tutoring sessions for all levels of writers. Tutors can help you conceptualize projects and assist with any stage of the writing process (planning, researching, organizing, drafting, revising, etc.). Online-only appointments will be available from Jan. 25 to Apr. 30. Visit this page before your first appointment and register for an account to use the online booking site.
If you feel that you have a physical or mental impairment, whether visible or not, for which you would like support, you have a right to resources and accommodations. Staff at the DRC can work with you to provide assistance that allows you to participate fully in the activities at the university.
